The dashboard looks busy. Is the spend paying its way?
Paid media is a commercial system: the offer, auction, creative, landing page and follow-up all influence the result. Our PPC management work starts by checking that system before increasing spend. This service covers cross-channel planning and oversight; Google Ads and Meta campaign delivery have their own dedicated service pages.
WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH
A focused scope, built around your business.
01
Account and tracking review
Review campaign structure, conversion actions, wasted traffic and reporting gaps. For lead generation, define what makes an enquiry qualified; for ecommerce, inspect purchase values and whether platform reporting reflects the store’s reality.
02
Budget and test planning
Set channel priorities around customer intent and unit economics. Separate learning budget from established campaigns, document hypotheses and avoid spreading a small budget across more tests than it can meaningfully support.
03
Ongoing optimisation
Review search terms, audiences, creative and landing-page performance as relevant to the channel. Report what changed, what the evidence suggests and what happens next, including where the data is too limited for a confident decision.
The proposal defines deliverables, responsibilities, fees and any media or software costs before work starts.
1
Establish the baseline, account access and conversion definitions.
2
Agree campaign changes, budget limits and a realistic testing sequence.
3
Review spend and lead or order quality together, then scale or stop tests.
BEFORE WE START
Your questions, answered.
Is ad spend included in management fees?+
Media spend and management are separate budget items. Your proposal should also identify creative, landing-page and tracking work where needed. We agree the scope before launch rather than assuming these are all included.
Should we choose Google Ads or Facebook Ads?+
Google Search can capture existing intent; Meta often relies more on creative and generating interest. The right starting point depends on demand, product, margins and assets. A smaller budget may benefit from concentrating on one channel first.
Can you guarantee a return on ad spend?+
No. Auction conditions, competition, stock, pricing and conversion experience all affect results. We can agree targets and decision rules, but a forecast is not a promise of revenue or profit.
